Failure to provide such documentation within a reasonable time frame may result in the suspension or termination of your account.
Each individual person may hold only one (1) registered account on the maggie8 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. maggie8 may close all accounts held by a single individual found to be in breach of this policy and may confiscate any balances held in those accounts.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. maggie8 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised use of your account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials confidential. You must notify maggie8 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
In compliance with anti-money laundering regulations and international gaming authority standards, maggie8 is required to verify the identity of all account holders prior to processing withdrawals or granting access to certain features. You will be required to submit clear copies of valid government-issued identification, proof of address (dated within 3 months), and in some cases, proof of payment method ownership. maggie8 may impose withdrawal restrictions on accounts that have not completed the KYC process.
You must ensure that all personal information held in your maggie8 account is kept current and accurate at all times. Changes to your name, address, mobile number, or banking information must be communicated to maggie8's customer support team and may require supporting documentation. maggie8 cannot be held responsible for payment failures or delays resulting from inaccurate account information.
maggie8 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods for Malaysian players: Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, and Credit/Debit Cards. All transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified. maggie8 reserves the right to add or remove accepted payment methods at its sole discretion with reasonable notice to users.
The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 per transaction. maggie8 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may impose its own charges, for which maggie8 bears no responsibility.
Withdrawal requests are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Touch n Go eWallet and Boost withdrawals typically complete within 5–30 minutes. Bank transfers to Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank accounts typically complete within 1–4 business hours. All withdrawals are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. maggie8 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests where fraud, money laundering, or terms violation is suspected, which may result in processing delays.
All accounts on the maggie8 Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). If you fund your account using a payment method denominated in a different currency, conversion will occur at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction, and you may incur foreign currency fees from your payment provider.
All bonuses, promotions, and free bets offered by maggie8 are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each offer. By claiming any bonus or promotional offer, you agree to the bonus-specific terms in addition to these general Terms. maggie8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
Bonus funds and free bet winnings are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements must be met within the specified validity period; failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the bonus balance and any associated winnings.
maggie8 operates a strict zero-tolerance policy on bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using irregular betting patterns to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, and exploiting errors or ambiguities in bonus terms. maggie8 reserves the right to withhold bonus funds and associated winnings from any player found to be engaging in bonus abuse, and may suspend or terminate the account of any such player.
All bets placed through the maggie8 Platform are subject to the applicable game rules and betting limits in force at the time of placement. maggie8 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a technical error, pricing error, or any other circumstance in which the displayed odds or game conditions were materially incorrect. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's account without interest or compensation.
maggie8 may impose maximum payout limits on individual bets and cumulative winnings per account per day, week, or month at its sole discretion. Limits applicable to specific markets or games are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface. Players who consistently exploit pricing errors or clearly aberrant odds may have their accounts reviewed and restricted.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the maggie8 Platform. Any user found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account suspended or permanently terminated, and any funds associated with the prohibited activity may be confiscated:

The maggie8 name, logo, and all related trademarks and service marks are the exclusive property of the operator. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include any right to sub-license, assign, or otherwise transfer your rights to any third party.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, maggie8 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, service interruption, or any technical failures beyond maggie8's reasonable control.
maggie8's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the net amount deposited by you into your maggie8 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by maggie8's negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Self-exclusion requests are irreversible during the specified exclusion period. Once a self-exclusion is in effect, maggie8 will make reasonable efforts to prevent you from opening a new account or depositing further funds during the exclusion period.
